CORE Private Training

CORE Private TrainingPilates (pi-LAH-teez) is a form of body conditioning developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century.  The method encompasses more than 500 exercises that simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles. With these principles in mind, Pilates focuses primarily on the ‘Powerhouse,’ or deepest abdominal muscles, and works the rest of the body from this core connection. ZenLates concepts encompasses the Pilates Method, but also combines the cross-training benefits of Yoga asanas and Functional Fitness.

Intro to CORE

CORE Private TrainingThe Intro to CORE Package begins with 2 private sessions and a posture analysis. You will start with an initial consultation to assess your current state of health and define your fitness goals, giving you a starting point, and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress. The Intro Package is designed to teach you the fundamentals of The Pilates Method and ZenLates concepts– such as language, movement, breath, and body alignment. Upon completion of your introductory package, you and your instructor will review your level of strength, technical proficiency and awareness to determine your training schedule based on your availability, goals, needs and abilities.

*Our training sessions are 55 minutes in length and the Postural Analysis takes approximately 15 minutes and will be scheduled with your first appointment. Both sessions must be completed within 1 month.

CORE Private & Semi-Private Packages

CORE Private Training involves one on one instruction tailored to fit your fitness level and your body’s specific needs. Our instructors will monitor your body’s continual progress and provide you the focused, personal attention necessary to develop and refine your body, on your time, and with your personal circumstances. Our sessions allow you to create a practice that makes sense for your body and your level of experience while supporting you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Any and all studio equipment may be used during a private session.
Private training sessions will last 55 minutes. The last five minutes of the hour are used to clean up, schedule, and pay for your session. If you like us (we're pretty sure you will!), you can use that time to buy a package and book your times with your instructor.

CORE Semi-Private sessions offer the same individual training as our private sessions, but you have the opportunity to work with a partner or two. These sessions are most effective if all participants are at the same level and free of injury.

*All packages expire within 3 months of purchase date and are non-refundable. Failure to give a 12-hour cancellation notice will result in charge of session.

Our Intro to CORE Package is the perfect first step.  The Package includes 2 training sessions with a Postural Analysis to determine your best training protocol. Sessions may utilize the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair and/or props.  All for $99!
